They’re known as “Gangster Cops”. They’ve been convicted of murder, rape, theft and of beating suspects until they vomit blood. They’re police officers in the Los Angeles police department. The scale of corruption being uncovered is hard to believe. It’s going to cost the city authorities hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation. And no attempt is being made to deny the allegations. This film looks at this issue and investigates the root causes.
