This programme does
what no mainstream documentary has so far achieved -
it portrays the conflict from both sides. Produced
by one of the world’s most experienced current
affairs producers, the show interviews the
architects of the West’s response to 9/11, such as
former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, ex-US
Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage and
Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres. But the
multi-award winning producer also gained unique and
unparalleled access to people who usually shun the
Western media - the jihadis themselves. We meet
senior jihadis in Beirut (al-Qaeda), Gaza (al-Qassam
Brigades, Hamas), Afghanistan (Taliban) and Pakistan
(Taliban in Waziristan).
