Colombia: Murder Capital of the World,
10 minutes, 2007 (Ref:

|
|
|
It’s the murder
capital of the world. Only a third of men make it
beyond their 30th birthday. Eight people are killed
every day. We travelled to the city of Cali, which
used to be the home of the infamous Cali drug
Cartel. In December the Cartel’s founder was
extradited to the USA. US officials called it a
watershed on its war on drugs, but it has left drug
dealers and assassins vying to fill the power
vacuum. This is an amazing and extremely dangerous
report in which the reporter lived with the
assassins and spoke with the victims. |
