It’s become the
world’s favourite way to search the internet,
spawning a new verb in the process. In fact Google -
the internet search engine - is so popular it’s used
200 million times each day. Now the company started
by two university drop-outs in a suburban garage has
decided to float on the stock market - which will
catapult its owners into the list of the world’s
richest people. So has groovy Google sold out? We
went to meet one of the co-founders and took an
exclusive trip into the Googleplex - the company’s
headquarters in California’s silicon valley. |
