Iraq: Graveyard of Americans 10 minutes, 2004 Ref: 380
We report from Fallujah, the Iraqi town that has been a centre for resistance fighters. In Fallujah one resident says "the Americans only came here to kill Iraqis" and another "we are happy every time we hear that an American soldier has been killed". Local residents explain why they continue to oppose the coalition forces presence in Iraq. This deeply traditional Sunni Muslim city has become the heart of the guerrilla insurgency against American troops in Iraq. Since President Bush declared the end of the war over 40 soldiers have died in the area. A deeply moving film.
