It's one year since the outbreak of SARS and the global health scare it created. Canada, the western country worst hit by SARS, and China are together developing a vaccine, which they hope to test in China. But for it to work they need another outbreak! We went to China, the apparent birthplace of SARS, to see how they handled the spread of the disease and how it plans to handle any new outbreak.
