The Three Gorges dam in China is the largest in the world. But millions of people are being forcefully relocated as rising water levels are flooding villages and towns. Water rose by 50 metres when the first phase of the project was completed in June. It will rise by another four metres by the end of the month. But the scale of the multi-billion dollar project is matched by the enormity of the corruption surrounding it. We have been to the Yangtze to uncover the extent of the scandal.
