The government's ceasefire with Tamil Tiger rebels has just won a massive vote of popular support in local elections. But why are the two sides now talking peace? We travelled across the ceasefire line to Kilinochi, in the heart of rebel-held territory, to find out whether Sri Lanka's peace dividend could be part of the fallout from the September 11th attacks.
