Indonesia: Asia's Last Great Apes 8 minutes, 2002 Ref: 207
The Orangutan is one of the most gentle of Southeast Asia's wild creatures. Yet for years they have been victims of a brutal trade - in which adults are killed so the young can be turned into pets. Facing extinction in less than a decade - the last hope for these animals may lie in a new refuge being set up in Borneo. We report on a Danish woman who left a high-flying job to help save Asia's last great apes.
