For the first time since the conflict began, the Taliban regime gave foreign journalists the opportunity to check its claims that a US missile went fatally astray in Khorum in eastern Afghanistan. They were accompanied by Taliban minders and taken to Jalalabad and Khorum. This report contains some disturbing images.
