Every day, 6,000 girls around the world are circumcised - the ritual of cutting a girls' genitals. Many die or suffer permanent physical scarring. This form of "mutilation" is mainly practiced in the Middle East and Africa. We look at how attitudes are changing to this practice in parts of Africa.
